Thank the governor for banning toxic toys
Anyone who spends much time around little ones knows that kids are
bound to put things in their mouths, whether they belong there or not.
Which is why it is so outrageous that many things that actually are
meant to go in kids' mouths -- teething toys in particular -- are made
with chemicals called phthalates that are potentially toxic to kids and
have been linked to disruptions of the hormone system, reproductive
problems, and early onset of puberty.
Thank the governor for signing into law AB 1108 (Ma), which would ban the use of phthalates in children's products. Follow these 3 easy steps to help out.
